1. Go to the section "Sign Up/Log In" at the top right hand side of the website
2. Log in to your account
3. Choose the relevant information you would like to update - you must re enter your password at this point so make sure you have it on hand.
4. Make sure you SAVE your information and it will update all systems within L'Occitane including boutiques. Please allow 24-48 hours for this to reflect on your account.
