If you go to the "Order Tracking" at the bottom of any page it will take you to the "MY Account Log In" page
Once on page scroll to the bottom and you will be able to add in your ORDER Number (starts with an EC) and the email address you used to purchase with. If your order has been shipped the tracking option will be there to click on
The tracking confirmation email will come directly from Australia Post within 24 hrs of them scanning your parcel.
